Truck dealer expands its bus sales network in KZN

Home Events Truck dealer expands its bus sales network in KZN

DAIMLER Truck Southern Africa (DTSA) committed to bring Mercedes-Benz Buses closer to its customers in 2021 by establishing a dealer footprint that allows the company to provide an exceptional customer experience, with an improved sales approach aimed at making the customer journey seamless.

As part of this initiative, Daimler Truck Southern Africa says it is continuously expanding its dealer network for Mercedes-Benz bus sales. “This business model was initially established with four dealerships —Sandown Commercial, Ronnies Motors, Orbit Commercial, and Stucky Motors – each covering distinct regions,” DTSA says.

“And now, we are extremely excited to announce that we’ve remained steadfast in our commitment with the further expansion of our dealer footprint in the Kwazulu-Natal region; with NMI Commercial Vehicles Durban opening its doors for bus sales. NMI will be looking after the KZN coastal area as well as the Free State and Lesotho region, while in the same region, Stucky Motors will be serving KZN in-land and Mpumalanga,” says DTSA.

“I am filled with pride and excitement about the growth of our sales network. Our customers remain our top priority, and this signifies yet another stride in our unwavering commitment to the South African bus industry. Together we keep Africa moving,” said Marc Barnett, head of sales for Mercedes-Benz Buses.
