Cable management clips combine aesthetics with safety

Home Engineering Electrical Cable management clips combine aesthetics with safety

THE latest addition to Valsa Trading’s comprehensive range of solar components are cable management clips, used to organise and secure both AC and DC cables in all types of solar power systems.

Valsa Trading CEO Svilen Voychev explains that the clips complement Valsa’s range of SANS approved BETAflamR Solar 125 flex UL/EN cabling, designed and manufactured to the exacting standards required by the solar industry.

“These cabling clips are engineered to precisely fasten cables beneath the photovoltaic solar module frame and are manufactured from highly durable and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. These clips have the versatility to accommodate both 4mm and 6mm cables,” he adds.

Incorporating these cable management clips into an installation process, not only achieves a significantly tidier and more aesthetically pleasing appearance, says Voychev, but perhaps more importantly, safeguards against cable sagging and bending which could have potentially disastrous consequences.

Each clip can securely hold between two to four cables, offering adaptability across various applications especially when combined with ground lugs, the installation process contributes to a quick and professional installation especially when working on potentially dangerous rooftops.

“Valsa cable management clips simplify the installation and management of expansive arrays of solar panels, allowing the easy configuration of string combinations. With the flexibility to be installed on frame thicknesses ranging from 1.5mm to 2mm, these cable management clips provide fast, easy cable installation, ensuring ease of access for any necessary upgrades or repairs,” says Voychev.
